Spotting today, cervix seems to have mostly closed up.
I have decided to use Instead cups this cycle. Can't hurt, right?
It will also help me because a lot of times Man is not in the mood and I am NOT wasting a cycle of uncomfortable symptoms and cramping and meds for his whims. So, shoot it into an instead and keep going and avoid the angry steroid-y rage.
