Cervix is beginning to open up and feels very tender.

OPK at 1 PM, on a 2 hour hold:
That's a pretty dark line compared to yesterday, especially since I seem not to get lines on these. The Clomid, Dexamethasone and Cohosh combo seems to be working nicely. My uterus is extremely tender, too.
I took another test later and it was a little bit lighter, so I'm not surging just yet but I do feel it gearing up.
