Cervix has returned to infertile.

Cervical fluid is creamy.

Looking at my chart, I could be 4 DPO, 3 DPO, or 1-2 DPO. Fertility friend has detected ovulation at CD 14, though, so for the purposes of testing I will adhere to Fertility friend's interpretation. Testing begins at 9 DPO.

I will not be starting progesterone until I am better again. I can't take the headaches on top of everything else.

Temperature: 97.8 (at 10am, 97.3 at 6. Horrible thermometer, I fully believe the later one is more accurate.)

Cervix is medium, closed and medium.

Cervical fluid is creamy and mixed with semen.

I'm so relieved to see this temp jump. I actually cheated ff and put down the same temp for tomorrow to see what it would say, and it gave me crosshairs for the first time I suspected ovulation, on Cd 14 (early am) this really made me feel better. So, if FF is right I am 3 DPO today. I'm not going to make it "official" until I am actually 4 DPO and have those crosshairs.

No temp rise. NO TEMP RISE. All other signs of ov (OPK, cm dry up, cessation of painful cramping, etc) are THERE. NO FREAKING TEMP RISE. I am 98% sure I ovulated. BUT NO TEMP RISE. I NEED THAT TEMP RISE.

My eyes may literally pop out of their sockets as I bang my head in frustration. I'm hoping this is just a slow temp rise.

Cervix is showing signs of ov, cm dry up, transitioning back to low, firm and closed.

Cervical fluid is watery (because of continued EPO, I think).


OPK is negative.

Please let tomorrow bring a temp rise.

Still no temp rise, I suspect ovulation is today.

Lots of cramping on the right. Makes it uncomfortable to stand a little bit but I'm liking the feeling of something appending.

Cervix was very hard to get a picture of because it was so far back. In the process I lost most of my EWCM (I took an extra dose of EPO).

OPK at 10:30 was positive. OPK again at 4:30-5.

Because I am taking Clomid, part of monitoring for OHHS (an E X T R E M E L Y rare complication when only using clomid) is checking my weight. This could also serve as my pre pregnancy weight. So, at CD 15, technically two weeks pregnant if I conceive this cycle, is 105.4z I will check at 3 DPO and again at 7 DPO. It should not rise by more than 5 lbs in that time.

Cervix is high, soft open.

Cervical fluid is eggwhite.

OPK is positive, which is a relief because my ovaries are absolutely killing me. Please just ovulate soon and stop torturing me! (And on one hand I like it because it means my meds are working!)

Temperature: 97.0 (adjusted from very late taken 97.7)

Cervix is high and open today, slightly softening.

Cervical fluid is eggwhite. Soy+EPO DOES work to counteract clomid.

OPK taken later today. My ovaries hurt and are very tender, so I am really hoping for that + OPK and subsequent ov today.

Edit: OPKs taken, one at 11:30, another at 4, and the third at 9 pm.

I really like this set because you can see the surge go from negative to positive in one day. It will be darker tomorrow, I am sure.

Cervix and uterus are tender, ovaries are also sensitive. Cervix is almost high soft and open.

Cervical fluid is eggwhite at the OS. Given the lack of copious fluid production due to Clomid I am not taking any cervical fluid samples when fertile.

OPK is negative but darker. I may test again later tonight.

Cervix is more centralized and open.

Cervical fluid is very watery eggwhite.

OPK at 10am and 2pm are both negative.

Started using my ferning microscope. I think those are partial ferns.

Cervix is beginning to open up at the os.

Cervical fluid is eggwhite.

OPK at 11:30 is negative but dark. I am going to take another one at 3:30 and see how it compares.

I've decided to take EPO during my fertile phase because the clomid has left me painfully dry. I want to counteract that with something that is known for cervical fluid production. I also have to remember to drink plenty of water.

Temperature: 97.82 (taken late)

Last day of soy. I am happy because it means I can take my pills in the morning again.

Cervix feels like it is beginning to work it's way to fertile.

Cervical fluid is scant but egg white.

OPK is negative.
