09.29.13- Cycle Day 2

Multivitamin
Black Cohosh
Vitamin C
L-Argenine

Bleeding was very light yesterday, I probably only bleed about 13 or so ml more the entire day. By CD 2 it seems to have reduced to simple spotting.
